Listing Terms for Agents and Owners
Version 2026-11-02-v2
Who this is between
These terms are between you (the person or company listing a property) and Elite Exits LLC, a Texas limited liability company and licensed Texas real estate broker, TREC License No. 9016902 ("Elite Exits"), which operates MultifamilyRadar.
You accept them by checking the box in your account profile. They apply to every listing you submit.
You have the right to list
If you are a licensed agent, you confirm that you or your sponsoring broker hold a current listing agreement for each property you submit, and that your broker allows you to advertise it here. You give Elite Exits consent to advertise the listing on MultifamilyRadar.
If you are an owner, you confirm that you own the property or are authorized to sell it on the owner's behalf.
Accurate information
You are responsible for everything you submit: prices, units, income, expenses, photos and descriptions. Keep it accurate and up to date. Mark a listing under contract, sold or off market as soon as that happens.
Elite Exits does not verify listing information and is not responsible for it.
Photos and content
You confirm you have the right to use the photos and text you upload. You give Elite Exits a free, non-exclusive license to show, resize and crop them on MultifamilyRadar and in marketing for the listing, for as long as the listing is on the site.
Review and removal
Every new listing is reviewed before it goes live. Elite Exits may decline, edit for format, or remove any listing at any time, for example if it looks inaccurate, duplicated, stale or unlawful. Contact details and street addresses in descriptions are removed from the public page.
Listings are free. Elite Exits may introduce paid options later; nothing you list today will be charged without your agreement.
Buyer inquiries
Street addresses are not shown publicly. A buyer sees the address after they send an inquiry on that listing.
Buyers contact you through MultifamilyRadar. When a buyer sends an inquiry on your listing, we email you their name, plans and message, and you reply by email or in your account. Your email address and phone number are not shown to buyers, and theirs are not shown to you. Email addresses, phone numbers and links are removed from messages.
You agree to communicate with buyers you meet through MultifamilyRadar through the platform, and not to ask them for their email address, phone number or other contact details.
Elite Exits receives a copy of every inquiry, can read the conversations to keep the service safe, and may stay in contact with buyers who use MultifamilyRadar, including about other properties.
Elite Exits does not represent you or the buyer in your transaction and does not ask for a share of your commission.
General
Texas law applies. You can delete a listing or close your account at any time from your account page or by emailing team@eliteexitadvisors.com.
